Cleaning is to use water, chemical solvents and other substances to remove the dirt on the surface of the object, the metal surface pollutants or cover layer for chemical transformation, dissolution, stripping to achieve the effect of rust removal and decontamination.


According to the cleaning function and principle: chemical cleaning, physical cleaning, laser cleaning;


Chemical cleaning is mostly a chemical solution (such as detergent) mixed with water in proportion to clean the metal. Chemical cleaning has strong cleaning ability, fast decontamination speed and low cost, but improper disposal of some chemical substances will cause harm to the environment;

Physical cleaning mainly uses natural substances (e.g., treated corn cobs) mixed with water to clean the metal. Corn cob has good toughness, strong water absorption and other characteristics, environmental protection and safety, strong cleaning ability.


Laser cleaning is the use of high-energy laser beam irradiation workpiece surface, so that the surface of dirt, particles, rust spots and other attached objects instantaneous evaporation or peeling, so as to achieve cleaning and purification process. It is a complete dry cleaning process, does not require the use of cleaning fluid or other chemical solutions, is a green cleaning process, and the cleanliness is much higher than the chemical cleaning process. However, the cost is higher, and it is mostly used for surface cleaning of large metal equipment.

Electric plating

he purpose of electroplating is to coat the metal coating on the original material of the workpiece to change the surface properties or characteristics of the original material. Electroplating can enhance the corrosion resistance of metal (coating metal is mostly corrosion resistant metal), increase hardness, prevent wear, improve electrical conductivity, lubricity, heat resistance and surface beauty.

Galvanizing is a layer of zinc plated on the surface of metal, alloy or other materials in order to play a beautiful, rust prevention and other roles, the main method is now hot dip galvanizing;


Chromium plating in the atmosphere is very stable, not easy to discolor and lose luster, high hardness, good wear resistance. When the hardness of stainless steel metal parts is not enough, chromium plating can improve the hardness. To prevent corrosion, copper and nickel are also plated before chrome plating. The chrome coating can withstand temperatures of 1,200 degrees Fahrenheit (650 ° C);


Nickel plating is widely used in automobiles, bicycles, clocks and watches, medical instruments, instruments and daily hardware, etc. It can be used in both anti-corrosion and good electrical conductivity of the workpiece, such as the shrapnel in the hardware accessories.

Oxygen is changed

Most of the oxidation in metals is anodic oxidation. In order to overcome the surface hardness, wear resistance and other aspects of aluminum alloy defects, expand the scope of application, prolong the service life, surface treatment technology has become an indispensable part of the use of aluminum alloy, and anodic oxidation technology is currently the most widely used and the most successful.

For example: aluminum and its alloy in the corresponding electrolyte and specific process conditions, due to the action of external current, in the aluminum products (anode) on the formation of a layer of oxide film process.

In addition to anodic oxidation, there is a chemical oxidation, without electricity, only in the potion immersion, is a pure chemical reaction. The wear resistance of the metal after chemical oxidation is not as good as that of anodic oxidation, but the electrical conductivity is better.
